Justin Raymond uses his in-depth knowledge of telecommunication property development to identify and solve consumer, business and industry needs. Combining his knowledge of technology with an equally strong background in branding, brand identity development, new product development and market implementation; Justin created 1-888-TAXIGUY.

In 1998, with the founding sponsorship of Molson Canada, Justin’s flagship company, TAXIGUY, Inc. was born. In 2002, TAXIGUY, Inc. expanded to include a new product, the 1-888-TAXIGUY SMART CALL Program; an alcohol liability risk management tool built for the hospitality industry.

Justin works diligently to improve the landscape for quality taxi service across the country. A continual challenge has been working with municipal governments on improving taxi legislation around weekend supply/demand issues. To solve this problem, Justin developed the ‘night plate issuance’ program, a turn key operational platform designed to increase municipal government ‘taxi plate’ revenues while decreasing the frequency of impaired driving on the streets
of their communities.

Justin dedicates time to The Ontario Community Council on Impaired Driving (OCCID). He has been a member of the marketing committee since 2003 and as of January 2004 he was elected to the Board of Directors. As an enthusiastic public speaker, Justin has presented on the topic of corporate social responsibility at several universities across Ontario and he has addressed the topic of alcohol liability for licensed venues at industry events such as the Bar & Beverage Conference

Prior to establishing TAXIGUY Inc, Justin worked for a major agency in the U.S. as a brand consultant to Coca-Cola USA, MasterCard and Samsung. His focus was on maximizing brand equity through strategic partnerships, alliance and sponsorship initiatives and ongoing counsel.

Justin holds a B.ED from McGill University, Montreal and a M.SC in Sport Marketing and Administration from Springfield College, Massachusetts.
